Workshop: Make a greeting card(s) in Photoshop 23rd May, Walcot Street, Bath

photoshop workshop

POST UPDATE. The workshop went well with a few great designs produced. I am now offering one to one and small group session photoshop tuition. If you are not in the bath area please get in touch to see if it is possible to have a lesson remotely. Thanks! Bella

After many weeks spent looking I have finally found a venue to start my photoshop sessions. The first will be on the 23rd May at 104 WALCOT STREET BATH 6.00 – 8.30pm:  This will be a fun and informal session and those attending will go away with 6 greeting card printouts of their design/ or designs.

The cost is £15 per person. I am keeping this pilot session very small and there will only be a maximum of 2 people, each with access to their own computer. All materials/ equipment will be provided. If you have your own laptop with Photoshop you can bring that along.

If this date does not suit you and you are interested then please get in touch as I am able to organise alternative days and times.

The pilot session will cover the following:

– Getting inspiration and thinking of subjects to incorporate into your work.
– Getting images into the computer – scanning or photographing work.
– Understanding line weights (line thickness) and why they are important.
– Opening work in Photoshop and manipulating the image.
– Layout and composition.
– Printing final image onto a pre-cut greeting card.

Its so easy these days to use a computer to create and enhance your artwork! This sessions is aimed at beginners, a basic understanding of computers would help but I can cater to your specific level.

Please get in touch if you have any questions about the session. E-mail me on or call 07946896333
